There is a very obvious and Biblical answer to all of your troubles relating to who will go to Heaven and who will not. It is the simple realisation that no person is either a 'bad tree' or a 'good tree'. But in every believer resides 'a bad tree' producing 'bad fruit' as well as the 'good tree', producing 'good fruit'. Obviously these two cannot stay together for ever. The bad tree will have to go. They will be separated in the Day of the Lord. One will be torn down and cast into the fire, the other will inherit the Kingdom of God. It is as simple as that.

This may also answers many questions regarding "predestination" and the "perseverance of the saints". Please reconsider this "the believing individual will go to heaven and the unbelieving individual will not" mentality behind. It is death. The truth is: no individual will go to heaven. Only they whom have been predestined by God can and will return to Him. Although 'many' are called upon, only 'few' can actually enter into the Kingdom of God. So, take good care of that 'Tree' in there. Just be a good earth to it, so it will grow and flourish as it is already doing. And don't worry about what eventually will become of the earth itself. For it shall live through the Live that has been sown into it.
