Is water baptism necessary for salvation or is this a general commandment that should be followed?  Also is it important how you are baptized, i.e. sprinkled, doused on the head, or complete submerssion?

Methuselah was the oldest person to have lived in the Bible and died at the age of 969 years old. Others also died very old. Was this possible? What do you think?
